I worked with a florist who made wedding cakes out of greenery and decorated them with assorted florals. They were the talk of the party. Consider using varying heights to the floral arrangements. Alternating high and low will add texture and variety to the room.

If you need to add to the room to make it feel warmer or bring in the space, add some greenery. Most florists will cut a deal if they are already providing your wedding florals. Using natural accents will make the room feel inviting to your guests.

Using mirrored bases is a bit outdated, but it can enhance the flicker of any candle light. Use odd numbers when adding votive candles to a table design, most venues offer clear glass votives as part of their rental costs. Soft candle light does wonders for the overall look of the room. Be careful not to place them too close to any greenery from the floral arrangement, they are flammable.
